Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using imiqbalstat.tech ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including free trial users, Pro subscribers, and administrators.

Description of Service

imiqbalstat is a cloud-based statistical and machine learning research platform operated by ImStat Data Analysis Consultancy, affiliated with SKUAST Kashmir. It provides browser-based access to 13 analytical tools built on R and Shiny, designed for researchers, agronomists, and data scientists.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free Trial

New accounts receive 2 free tool sessions to evaluate the platform. Trial sessions are non-transferable and cannot be reset. Each session launch counts against the trial limit regardless of session duration or outcome.

Pro Subscription & Payments

• Pro subscriptions are priced at ₹500 per month and grant 10 tool sessions per calendar month.
• Subscriptions are manual and non-recurring — you must renew each month.
• Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing tool access after payment, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload datasets containing personally identifiable information without appropriate anonymisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying R/Shiny source code.
• Use automated scripts or bots to consume tool sessions.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the platform's servers.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, its statistical tools, designs, and content are the intellectual property of ImStat Data Analysis Consultancy and M Iqbal Jeelani. You may use the Platform for your research and analysis but may not copy, redistribute, or commercialise any part of it without written permission.

Analysis outputs and results you generate using the Platform belong to you. You retain full ownership of your uploaded data.

Availability & Disclaimer

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, research time, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Statistical results produced by the tools should be validated by a qualified statistician before publication. The Platform is a computational aid — it does not replace professional statistical advice.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your access to the Platform ceases immediately. Pro subscription fees for the remaining period are non-refundable unless termination is due to our fault.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
