imiqbalstat ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by ImStat Data Analysis Consultancy, affiliated with SKUAST Kashmir. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use imiqbalstat.tech.

• Account information — your name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
• Google OAuth — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. No passwords are stored.
• Usage data — which tools you launch and when, to enforce trial limits and monthly quotas.
• Payment records — Razorpay order IDs and payment IDs for receipt and support purposes. We do not store card numbers or banking details — all payment processing is handled by Razorpay.
• Visit logs — anonymised page visit data (IP address, timestamp, page path) for platform analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the imiqbalstat platform and its statistical tools.
• To manage your account, subscription tier, and usage quotas.
• To send transactional emails — welcome, payment receipts, trial notifications, and password resets.
• To improve platform reliability and understand feature usage.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data You Upload

Statistical datasets you upload for analysis are processed in memory by the Shiny tool and are not permanently stored on our servers. Sessions are isolated and data is discarded when the session ends. We recommend removing sensitive identifiers from datasets before uploading.

Third-Party Services

• Razorpay — payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google's CDN for styling.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Security

Passwords are hashed using ASP.NET Core Identity (PBKDF2). Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for email communications at any time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
